Mohanlal inaugurated the new headquarters of Ashirvad Cinemas in Dubai. Aashirwad Cinemas has opened a new headquarters in Dubai as part of its expansion into the Gulf region. Mohanlal announced that he will be active in the field of film distribution by joining hands with Fars Cinemas, a leading film distribution company in the UAE. Mohanlal informed that the production activities of Vrishabha, which will be released in Telugu and Malayalam, will also be based in Dubai. Mohanlal also said that other Malayalam films can also benefit from their international film production and distribution chain.

Mohanlal also announced in a press conference that the film Burrows, which he is directing, will be released in 20 languages including Chinese and Portuguese dubbed or subtitled.
