Puducherry: The 60th anniversary celebration of Literary Oasis Tamil Forum was held at the Puducherry Tamil Society. Kannan, founder of the forum, presided. Gnanasekaran welcomed. A poetry gallery was held under the theme ‘Nadbenum Neetiyinile’. In this, 30 Bhavalars participated. A seminar was held under the title of Valluvarin Muppal. In this, Somasundaram spoke on the topic of ‘Makatperu’, Professor Anna Jagan on the topic of ‘Ministry’ and Subashini on the topic of ‘Compassion’. The new administrators were selected by the Governing Council. Somasundaram, President Bhairavi, Secretary Anna Jagan, Treasurer Sundarasekar, Deputy Secretary Mannankatti, Joint Secretary Subramanian, Vice Presidents Adhavan, Saraswati Vaidyanathan and executive committee members were selected as Honorary President.
