Tiktok’s feed is full of trends and tricks from the world of beauty, in everything related to skin care, makeup techniques and hair styling. It is so inundated, that sometimes it is difficult to separate gimmicks from tips that are really worth applying, but in the case of the hairstyle that conquered the tiktokers last summer, it can be said that it was a success.
A high ponytail is certainly not something new, or a hairstyle that makes sense to explain why it is particularly successful in the summer, but the current trend is a braided ponytail, which takes the ponytail to new heights – although only metaphorically, and not necessarily on the head.

The application is quite simple, as you can already understand from the name – it is a ponytail that turns into a braid, and is accompanied by two rubber bands – one close to the head at the base of the ponytail and the other at the bottom of the braid. To get the best out of this look, the experts recommend using gel and brushing the hair well, so that it is smooth and no hairs fly from the ponytail or the braid.
