Indian all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja has revealed the strangest fake news he has ever heard about himself. Rumors have always been a part of a cricketer’s life. Every day many news about them come out on social media which even they don’t know about. Some people believe that some of these news are true when they hear them. In that way, he revealed a strange news that came out about Jadeja.

Ahead of the Hong Kong match, the media asked how Jadeja was responding to rumors that he was ruled out of the T20 World Cup in IPL 2022 due to an injury. But he answered this question by sharing another news that seemed even stranger than this.

“My absence from the World Cup squad is just a small rumour. Once the news of my death went viral. So it’s nothing bigger than that. I don’t think about such news. Now my focus is on performing well on the field,” Jadeja told the media in the pre-match press conference.

Meanwhile, Jadeja has had a poor performance in this year’s IPL season, scoring 116 runs at a strike rate of 118.37 and an average of 19.33. And he managed to take only five wickets. He also missed the end of the tournament with a rib injury. There were many reports that he would have to rest for a year and miss the matches due to the injury. But he quickly recovered from the injury and took part in the tour of England, where he marked his comeback by scoring a century in the Edgbaston Test.

Also, Jadeja and Hardik have shown a magnificent performance for India in the fight against Pakistan. Holding on till the last over, Jadeja scored 35 runs off 29 balls and added 36 runs with Suryakumar Yadav for the fourth wicket and 52 runs with Hardik for the fifth wicket. Earlier in the IPL, there were also rumors that Jadeja was leaving the Chennai team. This happened when Jadeja unfollowed Chennai Super Kings on social media. Currently, there are strong rumors that Jadeja will reach Gujarat. The Gujarat team’s tweet hinting at this is also very impressive.
