Due to this, flood water has surrounded various cities in the country. Pakistan’s climate change minister has said that 1/3 of the country’s total land area is submerged in water.
In this case, 3 crore people have been affected due to heavy rains and floods. 10.57 lakh houses have been destroyed.
Due to heavy rains and floods, the death toll across the country has increased to 1,162. 3 thousand 554 people have been injured, the management authority has informed the national people of the country.
Security forces have been deployed to rescue those trapped by heavy rains and floods.
