The interim president of the National Rally, Jordan Bardella, formalized his candidacy for the head of the party in a letter to members posted on Wednesday August 31 on Twitter.
“Candidate for this eminent function, I allow myself to ask for your confidence to continue the victorious path that we have taken behind Marine”he says in this two-page letter.
Jordan Bardella, loyal lieutenant of Marine Le Pen, has been acting as head of the movement since September 2021, when she entered the campaign for the presidential election.
