Reduced quarantine and no green pass restrictions. After the signing of the new circular by the Minister of Health Roberto Speranza, the rules related to the management of the Covid 19 epidemic still change. Here are all the rules in force and what will be valid for the return to school.

the quarantine

“For cases that have always been asymptomatic or were initially symptomatic but have been asymptomatic for at least 2 days, the isolation may end after 5 days, provided that a negative antigenic or molecular test is performed at the end of the period of ‘isolation”.

In the event of “persistent positivity, isolation can be interrupted at the end of the 14th day from the first positive swab, regardless of whether the test is performed”.

FfP2 masks

The FfP2 masks remain mandatory until September 30, 2022 for:
– ships and ferries for interregional transport (and therefore not for regional connections with the smaller islands)
– trains for interregional, Intercity, Intercity Night and High Speed ​​transport
– buses with connections between more than 2 regions with routes, timetables, frequencies and prices established buses with rental with driver means for local or regional public transport
– local public transport
– school transport for primary, lower and lower secondary school students.

Masks

In health care facilities, workers, users and visitors are obliged to wear masks. The obligation applies to:
– health structures social-health and social-assistance structures, including those of hospitality and long-term care
– nursing homes (RSA)
– hospice
– rehabilitation structures residential structures for the elderly, including non self-sufficient ones

Vaccination obligation

The vaccination obligation remains for health personnel and for those who work in health facilities and for external employees of the RSA. These employees will only be able to enter the workplace by showing the green pass.

Green pass

There is no longer any obligation to show the green pass.

The school

all in class, in the presence, and only those who have a fever (over 37.5) or have carried out the Covid test and tested positive must stay at home. Only a few indications remain – with minimal impact on didactic and educational activities – for “fragile” people or for those who “are at risk of developing severe forms of Covid-19”.

– In class you will no longer have to wear a mask: those who have health problems or are at Covid risk, can protect themselves by wearing the Ffp2 mask.

– Neither the spacing of the desks, nor the alternative routes, nor the limits for sporting activities, nor the staggered entrances are foreseen.

– The no vax professors will be able to return to the classroom.

Those in isolation as a Covid positive no longer have to stay in Dad.
