Baden-Baden–Ballermann rule broken: After nine weeks at the top of the official German single charts, “Layla” by DJ Robin & Schürze is no longer number one.

The controversial party song, which was widely celebrated on Mallorca, fell to third place, as GfK Entertainment announced on Friday in Baden-Baden. Instead, Nina Chuba now toasts to the top position with her song “Wildberry Lillet” – a track that combines pop, dancehall and rap. The song “Nachts awake” by the producers Miksu and Macloud and the musician makko rose again from third to second place.

The three top places in the German album charts are all new to the ranking – hits by Giovanni Zarrella are at the top. On his album “Per semper” he reinterprets international hits in Italian. Zarrella managed to relegate Madonna (“Finally Enough Love”) to second place and the American band Five Finger Death Punch (“AfterLife”) to third place. Behind them are Rammstein (“Zeit”) and Andrea Berg (“I would do it again”).
