The crispy croquettes with the goulash seasoning and the contrasting fresh yoghurt don’t taste bad. Another appetizer, “Bar mussel – marinated fennel, tarragon, crustacean lacquer” (12 euros) is completely different and more inspired by high-end cuisine. The fennel, a tarragon note and a useful “crustacean varnish” (a kind of very strong reduction) create a light, good taste.
