Roads that can’t withstand even light rain Dinamalar

It has been raining sporadically for the past few days in Thiruvadan region. Most of the village roads have been damaged. There are more than 100 residences in N.Mangalam village. Rainwater has accumulated on the Devakottai-Vattanam road here. Villagers say that despite complaining about the condition of the North Street road in the village council meetings, no action has been taken. Due to stagnant rain water, the health of school students, elderly people is affected and they are facing difficulties. Two-wheelers tend to slip and fall. So the authorities should take steps to repair this road, they said.
