Description of occupation : Specialist doctor, non-specialist specialist doctor
Practice in one or more of the medical professions, within the medical center, in accordance with the professional training, laws and regulations subject to
to the department manager.
Supervision and guidance of the junior doctors in the department, including solving professional problems that arise, as needed.
Carrying out diagnoses and/or treatments for hospitalized and ambulatory patients, in accordance with the work procedures in the department, while reporting to the supervisor
In exceptional cases and subject to the Patient’s Rights Law.
Assisting the supervisor with responsibility for the safety of the treatment, the patient and the patients in the department, including participation in the investigation of cases
and unusual scenarios during the department’s current activity.
Providing professional advice in his field of expertise to various parties in the medical center.
Initiation and implementation of training programs and training for the staff of the department and the medical center in their field of specialization.
Collecting statistical material needed for research, participation in teaching and research in places affiliated with academic institutions.
Integration into the hospital’s on-call and on-call system in accordance with the plan established by the supervisor.
Regular updating of scientific developments in the field of his work, as reflected in the professional literature, for which he will be promoted at work.
Delivery of medical information related to the patient, to the supervisor and to any party authorized to receive it according to the law and according to the approved procedures.
Keeping a record of diseases that require notification in accordance with the law and transferring it to the supervisor.
Integration into the hospital’s on-call and on-call system as needed.
Participation in emergency related activities.
Performing additional duties, in the professional field, according to the supervisor’s instructions.
Details of additional tasks for the specialist doctor in the field of anesthesia:
Participation in the performance of anesthesia operations in the operating rooms and other departments of the hospital, in accordance with the need and instructions of the supervisor.
Assistance in performing invasive operations, in accordance with the instructions, regulations and operation authorizations, including intubation, insertion of lines and insertion
Stomach probe.
Participation in the resuscitation team and the trauma team, if necessary and in accordance with the supervisor’s instructions.
Responsibility for the guidance and training of interns, students and interns, including the control of pre-operative tests, programs
Anesthesia, shifts, etc.

Licenses:
Israeli license to practice medicine.
For a doctor/specialist/specialist in the field of the unit.

Languages:
Knowledge of the Hebrew language for written and oral expression at a high level and reading professional literature.
