Ahead of the elections for the 21st Knesset, Klugeft encouraged Naftali Bennett and Ayelet Shaked to withdraw from the Jewish Home and form the New Right Party. In July 2021 he was appointed by Prime Minister Naftali Bennett as his strategic advisor. In recent years, Klugeft has worked with senior officials and leaders of many countries in the world, including Austria, Romania, Germany, Georgia, Kosovo, and Greece.
