Quantitative material does not exist in neural theory, so it is impossible to talk about a lot of material, or a little material.
Matter is a physical form, and the concept of quantity (a lot or a little) does not apply to matter.
Therefore there is no room for a lot of gravity, or a little gravity.
In the neural theory the universe works without gravity.
Since infinite space is full of passive time and energy, in this space stars are always formed from what is in space.
When a star disintegrates, it releases into space the amount of its passive time, and its amount of energy.
