As part of the welcome return of the Round Tables events, we can taste food from the hands of one of the best chefs in the world – Oliver Peña, the Spanish chef of the Teatro restaurant and the Barcelona Enigma restaurant, which holds both a Michelin star and the title of one of the 50 best of San Pellegrino. Peña, who himself entered the prestigious list of The Best Chef Awards in 2020, will come to participate in “20Days by American Express” – a restaurant that will operate for 20 days in the flea market. The owner of the place Chef Or Ginsburg will host as part of the cross-country pop-up both the international mixologist Mark Alvarez, and the pastry chef Nurit Chitiat (Israeli!), owner of Pastry Box, the Japanese patisserie with the cutest sandwiches in town.
