The science teacher tried the student – then violated the terms of her arrest

A North Carolina teacher accused of having sex with one of her students has been arrested again after investigators learned the same student had been at her home nine times since she was under house arrest, police said.

Elizabeth Susan Bailey, 36, was originally arrested on three sex charges, including statutory rape of a victim 15 and under, after investigators with the Iridel County Sheriff’s Office learned of reports that she had sex with the student in June.
