The reception was organized under the leadership of then UAE President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, current UAE President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
