FedEx Israel will launch tomorrow (Sunday) a new and dedicated international service for e-commerce businesses called FedEx International Connect Plus, the service that balances speed and attractive prices. The service is available to over 190 markets around the world – shipments from Israel to Europe will be delivered within 1-3 business days, to the USA within 4 business days and to Asia Pacific countries within 3-5 business days (shipments exempt from customs duty up to 68 kg).
The new service allows businesses, which are FedEx customers, to conduct themselves with peace of mind, to receive personalized tracking alerts on the shipments, to view the location of the shipments at any given moment. In addition, the automatic returns procedure will give businesses the opportunity to make quick returns, thereby re-offering the returned goods for sale more quickly and offering the end customers a faster refund of the transaction.
Miriam Tzur, CEO of FedEx Israel: “Since 2020, we have seen an incredible growth of 250% in shipments B2C. The new service is part of our investments in the local market, as it offers direct access to the network FedEx ours – which has no equivalent in the world. This means that we can offer a wider basket of services to meet the needs of customers and adapt ourselves to global and local trends in electronic commerce and online shopping.’
FedEx stated that “availability of services, pick-up times and delivery times may vary subject to the conditions of transport”.
