The Central District Planning and Construction Committee approved the Herzig Real Estate Group to build the tallest tower in Petach Tikva. The tower will be 40 stories high and will have 40,000 square meters for commercial and employment purposes and the construction will have an estimated cost of NIS 250 million. The tower will be built in the Parktech complex in Kiryat Aryeh and will cover an area of 5.2 dunams and will rise to a height of 171 meters.
