Training conference from the General Staff for election officers in the IDF

Ahead of the elections to the 25th Knesset, there was held (Thursday, September 8, 22), in the Israeli Knesset, a general training conference for election officers in the IDF, in the presence of the Chairman of the Central Elections Committee, Supreme Court Judge, Yitzhak Amit, Director General of the Elections Committee , attorney Orli Adas, and the IDF election officer, Col. Einat Ratz Levy.
As part of the conference, about 200 officials from all the wings, arms and commands participated, who lead the preparations for the elections, and their implementation in the IDF on the day of the elections.
The conference was opened by the chairman of the Central Elections Committee, Judge Yitzhak Amit, who noted that: “From my acquaintance with the IDF, I have no doubt that the election system will be conducted in a manner that ensures the purity of the elections and with proper administration.” to prevent political discourse and political involvement in the military system and it deserves appreciation.” In closing, Honorable Judge Amit appealed to the headquarters and the commanders so that they work tirelessly to encourage votes, and to ensure that the right of all IDF officers is fully exercised.
