Health and safety instructions were not followed; The authorities closed the business

Officials informed that the foodstuff trading establishment in Al Waqra was closed for selling non-edible items.

Doha: Qatari authorities have closed down a business that did not follow health and safety instructions. The facility located in Al Wakrah was closed down by the Ministry of Municipalities after violations were found.

Officials informed that the foodstuff trading establishment in Al Waqra was closed for selling non-edible items. The shop will be closed for 60 days from September 6. The action was taken after the business was found to have violated Act No. 8 of 1990.
