But the speed will be reduced to 40 kbps and this plan comes with 100 SMS per day facility. But you can get it only for the first 18 days. It is also noteworthy that jeans subscription is also offered in this plan. Along with this, while incoming calls are free till the validity is completed, only free SMS benefit is provided for outgoing calls, users have to make a separate recharge. BSNL Rs 197 is the only plan available in the telecom market with such benefits.
