Adele is selling her house: this is the amount the singer demands

by time news

After settling into her big new Los Angeles mansion, a $58 million Mediterranean villa sold by Sylvester Stallone, it’s no surprise that Adele is looking to sell some of her many other homes in Beverly Hills. First in line, is the mansion that the singer bought from her best friend Nicole Richie just last year.

The house is described in the advertisement for sale as a “magical Hamptons-style mansion” and Adele is willing to part with it for $12 million. This is a jump from the 10 million dollars that the singer paid Richie for the place in 2021. Ritchie herself paid $6.7 million for the house in 2015. The property was built in 1957, but has since been renovated and expanded. The home has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and one half bath, plus a large bonus room/playroom that could easily be a fourth bedroom.

The house is located right next to Adele’s former main house, where she filmed the Vogue show “73 Questions” last year. Located on a corner lot with a high fence within a community Hidden Valley Estates Guarded 24/7, the property has a host of celebrity neighbors including Jennifer Lawrence, Zoe Saldana, Nicole Kidman and Penelope Cruz. In addition to the two homes mentioned, Adele also owns a $10 million mansion across the street, which is occupied by her ex-husband Simon Kontsky. As for Richie, she has moved to a larger and very chic home elsewhere in the Beverly Hills area.
