“TV Total”: Comeback apparently this year – with a new presenter

ProSieben wants to broadcast new episodes of the show “TV Total”. The media magazine “DWDL” and the “Bild” newspaper reported on Friday.

According to “DWDL”, the station was satisfied after a first pilot episode was recorded this week. “Bild” and “T-Online” report that “TV Total” will be on the air again next Wednesday.

ProSieben spokesman Christoph Körfer did not want to confirm this, but was quoted in the reports with the same statement: “At Christmas and in the time before, heart’s wishes come true year after year. But when, how and where only Santa Claus and Nicholas know. And that’s good.”

Entertainer Stefan Raab hosted “TV Total” from 1999 to 2015. He will produce the new edition according to the reports. The new presenter of the show will therefore be the cabaret artist Sebastian Pufpaff. Most recently, Pufpaff was seen in the program “Not yet shift” for ZDF and 3sat.
