BUSSUM – The Alzheimer Café Gooise Meren will take place at Brasserie Bel Ami at Brinklaan 86 on Tuesday 20 September from 7.30 pm to 9 pm. Hall is open from 7 p.m. The theme for this evening: ‘How do you survive as a carer’ with the cooperation of Joke Werner, spiritual counselor and author of the book ‘If the cloak no longer fits…’ The discussion leader for this evening is Cees Croes.

The Alzheimer Café is a monthly meeting place for people who care for someone with dementia (for example Alzheimer’s disease), people with early dementia, professionals and other interested parties. Each meeting focuses on a topic and provides an opportunity for questions, advice and contact.

Alzheimer Café Gooise Meren is an initiative of the ‘Dementia Friendly Gooise Meren Working Group’, a collaboration between Alzheimer Nederland, the Gooi and surroundings department, the King Arthur Group, Gooi en Meer Library and Versa Welzijn and is made possible by the municipality of Gooise Meren. The meetings are free and freely accessible; pre-registration is not necessary. If you have problems with transport, please let us know.
