Keshet 12’s ‘Live at Night’ show host Nadav Bornstein presented today (Sunday) a particularly disturbing document on his Instagram, a photo from which it can be concluded that one of the customers found nylon inside the hot dog of the Tivoul company.
Bornstein wrote on Instagram: “Ughhhh | after the snails, snakes and worms: you send me this documentation – Emanuel bought sausages from the Tivol plant and after cooking them he found nylon inside. Now it’s true there have always been mistakes, but lately there have been a lot of mistakes – and nylon in a product that is intended many times For children, it’s a bit of a mistake. After that, he added that at Tivol they explained to him the meaning of the strange incident the customer encountered “all of our products undergo the most stringent tests before leaving the factory, with uncompromising adherence to quality control”.
It was further stated: “In the described case, the consumer contacted us today at the consumer service hotline, we apologized for the inconvenience caused to him and asked to collect the product in order to carry out a comprehensive immediate inspection. Unfortunately, this was not possible because the consumer threw the product away and we took care of him for immediate compensation.”
