The Russian national team is deprived of the silver medal of the European Short Course Swimming Championships. Previously, she showed the second result in the mixed relay 4×50 m freestyle.

According to the press service of the All-Russian Swimming Federation, the reason for the decision was that the team did not perform in the order indicated in the start protocol, thereby violating the rules for holding the relay. The protest was filed by the Polish national team, which as a result rose from fourth to third place.

The Russian team included Vladimir Morozov, Kliment Kolesnikov, Arina Surkova and Maria Kameneva. The tournament takes place in Kazan.
