Considered the highest award of the world film industry, the Oscars are awarded annually in various categories including best film, best actor, actress and technicians. In this, various films from different countries are being sent to the Best International Feature Film category.
In that way, the Gujarati film ‘Chello Show’ has been selected to represent India at the Oscars for the year 2023. Directed by Pan Nal, the film has already participated in some international film festivals and won awards.
Meanwhile, some films including Rajamouli’s ‘RRR’ and Vivek Agnihotri’s ‘The Kashmir Piles’ were in the selection list to be sent to Oscar on behalf of India.
