Electronic Arts and Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment have announced the presence of coach Ted Lasso, star of the TV series of the same name, and his AFC Richmond team in FIFA 23. The team will be selectable in multiple game modes, including Career, Soccer d start, Online Friendlies and Online Seasons. A range of AFC Richmond items, including kits, cheer items, Manager items and other content, will also be available for unlocking in FIFA Ultimate Team and Pro Clubs where possible. Jason Sudeikis’ Ted Lasso will be available as a selectable manager of AFC Richmond in Career mode, as fans will be able to play as their favorite manager at AFC Richmond or any other team of their choice. Players can also create their own manager or select a fully licensed manager to take control of AFC Richmond, or create a player and join the AFC Richmond squad in a league of their choice. FIFA 23 is developed by EA Vancouver and EA Romania and will be available worldwide on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X | S, PC, Stadia, PS4 and Xbox One on September 30th.
