The day after the loss in the Jerusalem derby in the Toto Cup, Hapoel Jerusalem is very angry with the team’s player, Harel Shalom, who received a red card in the second half while on the bench. Shalom was upset that a penalty was not whistled for his team and could not control his nerves in front of the fourth referee.
