Phnom Penh: 23 Chinese nationals are missing after their boat capsized in the sea near Cambodia. The accident happened near Sihanoukville on Thursday. There were 41 people in the boat. Authorities informed that 18 people were rescued. It is not clear if the people on the boat were trying to enter Cambodia illegally. It is reported that they left China’s Guangdong Province on September 11.
