A video of Pakistan fast bowler Harris Rafi’s bouncer hitting Harry Brooks’ helmet grill is going viral on social media.

The England team is touring Pakistan in a series of 7 T20 matches. In the first two matches England and Pakistan won one each, the 3rd T20 match was held in Karachi yesterday.
Pakistan captain Babar Azam won the toss and opted to field. England’s debutant Will Jacks, who batted first, scored 40 runs off 22 balls. Ben Duckett and Harry Brooks then combined to savage the Pakistan bowling.

Ben Duckett scored 70 runs off 42 balls and Harry Brooks scored 81 runs off 35 balls with 8 fours and 5 sixes and the England team scored 221 runs in 20 overs. Chasing a tough target of 222 runs, Pakistan scored only 158 runs in 20 overs and suffered a crushing defeat by 63 runs.

A miraculous incident took place in this match. Usually the batsmen’s helmets fall off or the batsmen are hit hard by a bouncer thrown accurately by quality fast bowlers. But Harris Roff bowled the 17th over in this match. The 4th ball of the over was a bouncer to Brooks. The bouncer bowled by Harris Raff at over 140 km/h hit Brooks’ helmet grill. Brooks fumbled, unable to get the ball out. The video is going viral on social media.
