In this, Arjun Erikaisi won both the games and advanced to the final round. In the final round, Arjun Erikaisi will face world champion Magnus Carlsen of Norway. Karlsson defeated Germany’s Vincent Keimer 3–1 in the semi-finals. The final round takes place over two days. A prize money of Rs.1.22 crore will be given to the title winner.
