Shimon Ifergan from the mako website reported that the two, aged 15 and 16, purchased 200 grams of cannabis from a 19-year-old resident of Jerusalem. The young man realized that these were boys from a wealthy family, and decided to harness his friend (23) in order to blackmail the two.
