Kuwait City: Coast Guard officials thwarted an attempt to smuggle narcotics to Kuwait by sea. The narcotic drug was discovered after the Maritime Security Administration informed that narcotic drugs from neighboring countries were stored under the sea.
The officials arrested the accused who came from abroad on the boat to take back the drugs. 49 types of different drugs were seized. The accused were caught using the GPS tracking system. The arrested persons and the seized items were handed over to the concerned departments for further legal action.
