CHENNAI: Information Technology Minister Mano Thangaraj has instructed the higher officials to ‘solve the problems in the implementation of the e-services program of the government immediately’.
A learning activity program for District Managers of e-Service Program was held yesterday at Tamil Nadu Government Electrification Agency Directorate Office in Chennai. In it, e-service, e-office related projects and their implementation were explained. Minister Mano Thangaraj discussed with district managers.
At that time, they said that there were various technical problems in the implementation of the project. ‘Online services should be provided quickly and efficiently; Minister Mano Thangaraj instructed the higher officials that the problems mentioned by the district managers should be resolved immediately.
