In October, Sony and Microsoft will update the list of free games that PlayStation Plus and Xbox Live Gold subscribers are entitled to. What’s in store for these this month?
Owners of the PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 consoles will be able to download starting Tuesday, October 4 at 6 p.m. the Hot Wheels Unleasheda racing game, but instead of controlling full-sized vehicles you drive toy cars from the toy franchise on pre-built tracks or ones created by other players.
Later that month it will be possible to download Injustice 2, the fighting game that pits DC Comics superheroes like Superman, Wonder Woman, Aqua-Man and more against each other. Beside it will also be available Super hota first-person shooter where the enemies and projectiles only move with the player’s movement so that each stage becomes an adrenaline-filled puzzle.
Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S console owners who subscribe to Live Gold or Game Pass will enjoy during the month of OctoberWindbound, a survival adventure game in which you play the character of Kara who has been washed away on a desert island. When from October 16th to November 15th it will be available for download Bomber Crew Deluxe Editionan entertaining game in which you control a team of soldiers to manage a bomber in World War II.
All games are available for free download, but require a (paid) subscription – PlayStation Plus or Xbox Live Gold – and will be available in the game library for download and play as long as the subscription is valid.
