New Delhi: Moto GP races, a high-speed bike race, are now also in India. In 2023, India will host Moto GP for the first time in history.
The race will be held from September 22 to 24 at the Buddh International Circuit, a racing track in Uttar Pradesh. India has previously hosted the Formula One Grand Prix, a high-speed car race. This was from 2011 to 2013.
Officials estimate that with the arrival of the MotoGP races, there will be a huge jump in the two-wheeler market in India, where more than 20 crore motorcycles reign.
