The game at Sami Ofer between Maccabi Haifa and Paris Saint-Germain passed peacefully with regards to clashes between the fan camps, when there were no clashes outside the stadium or during the match. On the other hand, according to tweets from the last day in France, it seems that the Parc de France will not be quiet.

A video of the security forces operating in Jerusalem infuriated a number of pro-Palestinian fans on social media and they called on the Palestinians who are in France to buy a ticket to face the Greens in the Champions League. One fan wrote: “If there is an attack, I will be there to destroy all the Jews in the stadium.”

Another fan wrote: “Everyone buys tickets for the second leg of Maccabi Haifa at Parc de France, they should be ****ed.” As you may remember, quite a few fans have so far accompanied the Israeli champions to their games in Europe in the early stages of the Champions League and also to the away game against Benfica Lisbon in the first round of the group stage.
