On the occasion of World Heart Day, a free medical camp was held in Karaikal.
College Principal Ambujam inaugurated the camp held on behalf of Vinayaka Missions Medical College, Karaikal. General Medicine Department Chief Doctor Shaktivel, Cardiology Department Doctors S. Arunkumar, R. A medical team led by Pravin Babu provided treatment and counseling to the public.
Blood tests, ECG and echo tests were done in the camp. Some patients were referred to medical college for treatment. More than 150 people participated and benefited in the camp.
