Last September, Tata Motors, Maruti, and Toyota saw excellent growth in vehicle sales.
Tata Motors, one of the leading automobile manufacturers in the country, sold a total of 80,633 vehicles in the country last September. This is 44 percent higher than in September 2021. Tata Motors sold a total of 55,988 vehicles in the country during the month.
Maruti Suzuki India, the country’s largest car manufacturer, has more than doubled its vehicle sales in September. In September 2022, Maruti Suzuki India sold a total of 1,76,306 vehicles. Maruti Suzuki India sold a total of 86,380 vehicles in September 2021.
Toyota Kirloskar Motor Company sold a total of 15,378 vehicles in the month of September. This is 66 percent higher than the same month last year. In September 2021, Toyota Kirloskar Motor Company sold a total of only 9,284 vehicles.
