The Casa del Sol estate sold for 302.5 million dirhams ($82 million), becoming the most expensive house sold in Dubai. The mansion, which was sold in July, is located on the Palm Jumeirah Islands and is the latest real estate record as part of a surge in luxury property sales in the city. The mansion, which is still under partial construction, will be completed in early 2023 and will feature eight bedrooms and 18 bathrooms. The mansion will also include a Fitness, cinema, bowling alley, jacuzzi and parking suitable for 15 vehicles.
