- Sweden blocks an area in the Baltic Seaaround leaks from the Nord Stream gas pipelines, in order to proceed to an investigation for “aggravated sabotage”. - The legal process of formalizing the annexation of the four Ukrainian regions by Russia is underway in Moscow.
