SS Kanchi, who also worked on RRR’s screenplays, is a long-time associate of his brother SS Rajamouli. Kanchi is also known for writing ‘Eega’ and ‘Maryada Ramanna’. He also worked as an associate writer for ‘Magadheera’.
Kanchi is now lashing out against Prabhas starrer ‘Adi Purusha’.. In a recent tweet, he opined that only a Telugu film director is qualified to make a mythological story. An hour or two after the release of Adipurush’s teaser, Kanchi released a tweet in Telugu.
He also posted a tweet using the word cartoon. Critics find that it is a mockery of Om Raut’s direction. Kanchi is a talker about movies on social media. Although he is closely associated with the Rajamouli camp, many do not heed his opinions. But some social media users are criticizing him. They allege that ‘Adipurush’ is being mocked on the basis of the teaser alone.
