It is almost half of the French government which is preparing to disembark this Sunday in Algiers under the leadership of the Prime Minister, Elisabeth Borne: no less than sixteen ministers (17 with Borne), including the “heavyweights” Bruno Le Mayor (Economy), Gérald Darmanin (Interior), Éric Dupond-Moretti (Justice), as well as the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Catherine Colonna, or her colleague from National Education, Pap Ndiaye. All will meet their Algerian counterparts until Monday for a high-level intergovernmental committee.
