The woman, Leanne, ordered food online from Burger King last Monday. He ordered a chicken royale burger. When he bites into it, he realizes there is something inside the burger and spits out the food. Only then did he realize that there was a pencil inside the burger. Shocked by this, he called the shop where he had ordered the food.
The pencil looked like an eye-liner that women use on their eyes, so he asked if it was an eye-liner. The female employee replied, “Don’t worry. It’s just a regular grease pencil used to mark burger wrappers. I am the only female employee here. So I can definitely say that there is no eye-liner in your food.” After hearing this, the woman got angry and said, “Refund me my money online immediately” and hung up.
Then the woman who gave an interview to the English media called Liverpool Echo said, “Whatever pencil it is. Anyway, it’s not a good thing to eat… so why put it in food? Even though she knew it was wrong, the employee did not apologize to me for what she did. I thought it was eye-liner at first.
