Riyadh: 16 people who hunted animals were arrested in Saudi Arabia. All are native citizens. The Saudi Environmental Security Forces arrested him for hunting animals and birds in areas where hunting is prohibited and prohibited areas in the Mohammed bin Salman Royal Reserve and Imam Abdul Aziz bin Mohammed Royal Reserve. 17 guns of different species, 4,870 bullets and 74 birds of prey were found with them.
Colonel Abdurrahman Al-Utaibi, spokesman for the Environmental Security Force, said that those who enter nature reserves without a license will be fined 5,000 riyals, those who hunt in prohibited areas will be fined 5,000 riyals, and those who use guns, nets and traps for hunting will be fined 100,000 riyals. The penalty will be determined by the special department according to the species of the animal and bird caught.
