Kochi: Actor Kariyavattam Sasikumar, who was a film serial actor and program coordinator, passed away. He was undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Thiruvananthapuram due to illness. Many people from inside and outside the film come to the stage to express their condolences to the actor.
“Pranam ..film serial actor and ..program coordinator Karyavattam Shashi Chetan passed away ..due to a sudden illness he was undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Thiruvananthapuram ..the person who treated everyone with love ..the person who kept appreciating me whatever I did ..I was in Kattappana when I got Manoj’s call saying that Ettan was not well. “I was trying to raise funds for my brother’s treatment. I started posting yesterday for that. I didn’t wait for anyone’s help. My brother, who was helpful to many people, passed away. What can I say? I have nothing to say,” wrote Seema G Nair.
Kariyavattam Sasikumar is an actor who has produced many good films and acted in many films in Malayalam cinema. Kariyavattam Sasikumar’s first film was ‘Crime Branch’ which was released in 1989 and was directed by KS Gopalakrishnan. He has also acted in many films like Kavairaan, Judgment, Mimics Parade, Abhayam, Devasuram, Chengkol, Athira Kanmani etc. He has also worked as an executive producer in the film Mayuranartham directed by Vijayakrishnan.
