Xiaomi has officially launched the global version of the Smart Band 7 Pro, the updated model of its popular fitness bracelet that has a much larger screen, now that it comes with Hebrew support directly from the factory. The price is 89 dollars which is about 300 shekels.
The new version offers a 1.64-inch AMOLED screen with a luxurious-looking aluminum casing. It supports always-on display and it comes with 180 built-in backgrounds for its home page. It supports GPS, and it uses them to track 117 sports activity situations, including in water thanks to its pressure resistance of 5 atmospheres.
It is equipped with a battery with a working capacity of 235 mAh which according to Xiaomi should last about 12 days after a full charge. It will be offered in two frame colors, black and gray, and with several different strap colors to choose from. It offers all the working features of the Mi Band 7, including, of course, step tracking, oxygen saturation and heart rate tracking, etc., but adds support for a smart display of notifications, camera and music controls, support for finding the phone if it gets lost, and support for voice commands.

+Xiaomi Redmi A1
Alongside it, Xiaomi also launched the global version of the Redmi A1 and A1+. This is an entry-level device at a low price of only 89 dollars, with the only difference between the two being that the Plus model also has a fingerprint sensor located on the back of the device.
Redmi A1 and Redmi A1 Plus offers a 6.52-inch HD+ resolution screen and a drop-shaped hole at the top for the selfie camera. The screen has a ratio of 20:9 type LCD, supporting a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a maximum brightness of 400 nits. As an entry-level device, the processor inside is MediaTek’s Helio A22, along with 2 GB of LPDDR4 working memory and 32 GB of internal storage. There is also an expansion option in the microSD slot, and it supports dual SIM calls on 4G networks.
The photography setup of Redmi A1 Plus includes a pair of cameras on the back with an 8-megapixel main sensor and another additional sensor for depth shots. The front camera is 5 megapixels and it also includes “beauty mode” for smoothing the skin of the face as well as HDR support. The battery has a capacity of 5,000 mAh and the operating system is Android 12 with a promise of updates for two years.
