Kozhikode: Opposition leader VD Satheesan said that the security personnel who were beaten up in the Kozhikode Medical College did not get justice from the court. He said he bowed his head in shame at the justice system. He was reacting to the incident in which the accused who brutally beat Punnassery resident Dinesan, a security employee at the Kozhikode Medical College, were granted bail.

The Leader of the Opposition asked where the common man would get justice. Justice Viju Abraham granted conditional bail to five persons including Arun, the main accused in the case. VD Satheesan said that he cannot accept the legal system which has created a situation where the accused who brutally beat up the ex-serviceman security personnel can walk away.
