Selena Gomez, the 30-year-old singer, who has previously shared about her struggles with depression and anxiety in the shadow of her lupus disease, is going to do so in the near future much more exposed in a new documentary about her on Apple TV+.

The trailer shows Gomez’s glamorous life, training for performances, hotels, the great interest of the media and entertainment – along with the treatments she undergoes in the hospital, and shows her breaking down, crying and running away from the paparazzi.

Gomez, who became a world-class artist, previously revealed that she suffers from depression and anxiety, and even said in 2020 that she was diagnosed with bipolar disorder.

She is seen saying in the trailer: “I’ve worked all my life, since I was a child. I don’t particularly want to be famous, but I know that if I’m here, I have to use it.”

In an attempt to maintain her mental health and in the shadow of lupus, Selena Gomez decided to take a break from the music industry, she previously said that it was one of the hardest things she did in her life, but also one of the best.
